I am looking at ways to rent furnished to traveling medical personnel.

It's still a lot slower then the city though. 

The Syracuse area already brings the Rochester tech community, Syracuse University, Upstate Medical (which is currently expanding), Syracuse University, Cornell, Morrisville, etc and the city is right at the cross roads of I-90 and I-81. 

I would also check into your insurance as a lot of insurance companies won't cover damages/medical costs when it's a pitbull. 

So now your discount leaves out anyone with a medical condition who doesn't have the chance/choice to serve in the military and possibly never did.Sex/Gender is also a protected class. 

I don't have any issues with student loan or medical bill issues because both systems are garbage.

Maybe they ignore medical debt.
