You are actually the one in control. 

Any measures to control something before it gets out of hand is best. 

(In comparison, the Asian countries that were able to control coronavirus levied much higher fines- Taiwan fine was about $30,000 for breaking quarantine).

We have such a overvalued debt bubble that its simply out of control.

There is only one thermostat controlling the heat.

This is beyond our control.

Also, the property market is more stable and is easier to control, but at the same time stocks have their own advantages like higher liquidity and don’t require much management.

I know people are showing homes but controlling the numbers of people going in.
