Has seen a lot of action in past 12 months from flippers.

If someone wishes to sell they should be thankful there are those in a position willing to buy.It is a voluntary two way street.

I was even thinking the turn-key route but I need at least credit for that plus what I been reading, I don't see a lot of positive reviews about them.
