I like using my Spark business card for funding my rehabs because it gives me 2% cashback on every purchase and then I wipe it out every month with rehab draws.

It's not necessarily fear - just good business. 

I have been in Business for 2 years and I am doing wholesaling 1 deal a month consistently I have an American Cold caller who calls 20 hours a week for me and I call myself for about 10-15 hours a week.

Down by Buckeye area is closer, esp to the airport.But don't forget about these new chip factories and other BIG businesses moving into the west side.
