Do they know how to maximize the return on investment for you?

I know it’s not related, just wanted to hear if anyones dealt with them.

Curious to know what issues other owners are having? 

Make sure you know the value the ADU will add to the property before building the ADU.  

I know that’s not your intent, but you don’t seem to understand what you paid for. 

For the first answer, I understand it is a bit vague, but that is intentional as from our perspective as accountants we need to know all the material facts before giving you a "best way to go"
