You need to build a solid boots on the ground team with people who you trust.

Starting with a heavy rehab BRRR would kind of be like drinking from a fire hose.

Specifically wondering if they award the FMR listed on the HUD site, if there is an abundant applicant pool, and if the housing authority is responsive. 

What I can recommend is that if you are feeling overwhelmed by your total load of responsibility than it may be time for you to start outsourcing.

As long as appreciation and pricing pushes investors out of Boston to other tenant heavy areas that have job growth or easy access to highways/transport it will likely continue to improve.Very similar to the growth/improvement of Worcester from what Worcester looked like ~10+ years ago.

TIA, SandyMost of these are a huge disservice to sellers, as the listing agents don't do much if anything, don't market it, have the worst photos, weakest mls marketing verbiage, slowest response time to requests, etc. 

Now we're talking about a solid return on investment!
