Michael, sounds like you got the drive and are heading in the right direction!! 

 I have been kicking the idea around in my head on buying a larger 10+ unit building and most of the banks have either said they don't finance on larger than 4 family or it would be a 5 to 7-year balloon note that is then amortized over 20 years for payment and than renegotiated after the term.

I don’t know when the market will head the other direction but I do know that people get themselves into trouble when they bet on appreciation.

School bores me most of the time, of course I will graduate HS, but the idea of four years at college, for a degree in something that may be pointless and may waste my time and money, I just can’t wrap my head around.

We may be headed to Weimer Republic style hyperinflation because of the massive unlimited QE that hasn’t even hit the books yet.

Often times a seller will have numbers in their head that are not realistic.

So I have a couple thoughts going on in my head I was wondering if everyone could help me with. 

It looked even messy when I visited, I landed in HSV and headed straight to the house.
