Hoping to forge new relationships and continue learning and expanding my way to financial freedom.

I work full-time in the bay area but I would like to freedom to move back to LA if this current job doesn't work out. 

You would lose Many freedoms you enjoy now by renting 

My end goal is to reach financial freedom through rental properties (10k net a month in passive income for the time being).

Tenants that pay on time:)family, friends, freedom, still being an active BP poster (BP hasn't kicked me off), personal ownership of machine guns:), free and clear rentals, a loving wife, no attorney bills:), a shot of Baileys in the coffee every morning, grandchildren, everything but not necessarily in that order!

Just a goal, financial freedom will come with it!

Goals:Buy a house hack and live in the property for 1-2 years.Continue renting out the property after 1-2 years and purchase another house hack, ideally graduating to multi-family.Turn house hacks into cash flowing rentals.Become financially independent, so I have the freedom to take some time off and travel.Would love to get to know people with similar interests, are currently house hacking and know about the Los Angeles market!

I've read (and listened to) a ton of books about foreclosures, BRRRR, flipping, holding, multi-family investing, wholesaling, etc.I *think* I have decided that being an owner-occupant in a multi-family is the best way for me to start my path to financial freedom.
