I've been doing an enormous amount of research and it seems as if I'm stuck. I need a push in the right direction and experience from individuals currently wholesailing. What is the best way to approach wholesailing?

This is my first time at round two, and now going to a third round of mailing so I don't yet have any data about dealflow in the later stages of a campaign.

I'm still in the investigation stage, and will probably discover something.I'm planning to ask for seller financing on this one if I make an offer, so we'll see where this goes.

If it is a true GUT, you will need to have all your plans approved for the work by DCAP to get Permits, licensed individuals, then each stage will need to be inspected.

Their plan at this stage is to try and sell it for the higher price to clear all liens and loans.

I'm still in the very early stages of learning how to do this and it's going to take a lot more research before I'd commit to actually doing it.

agree that all of the flipping shows are staged somewhat, but they are still entertaining to watch.
