Obviously you might not be able to do that if your area doesn't have an option to recycle, just an example of unexpected things that may attract guests. we add much of what you typed, hooked up internet, seating on the balcony, tv, etc. also not sure if we should set up a ring doorbell security camera to see who goes in and out?

We have all of the measures in place that you listed, but these fraudulent guests know how to get around the vetting, agree to house rules, enter in the back door where there are no cameras, ect.
