We each own the policy on the other person.You insist on 30 year term insurance because "the other stuff is crap."

In fact, it beats all the other bailout crap going on right now, imho.At any rate, so long as the buyer can prove they can afford the payments, having a 4% rate would help reduce our growing inventory and speed up the path to recovery, not re-inflate the bubble again.

If not I hope Clayton Morris and his family lose everythingthere is going to be a run on the bank.. and many times what an operator will do and I have seen it personally and first hand is they will sell the same crap to the next victim you will get your money but the next buyer will find themselves with a poor investment.. 

Can I force them to pay for eradication?

Lots of people will "predict" the future and the few who guess correctly will spout their mouth off for the next 5-10 years using their "correct prediction" as a way to sell you more crap.

this is the room I did this was day three I was finished by day five I was a lot messier than my contractor hence all the crap on the tile so I will be going back in to clean up
