Just a little background on my current situation, I am 24, currently renting, and have 2 boarders whom cover 90% of rent at present, I know they will not be around forever, however I have been debating whether or not to start looking into purchasing my own home first.

If it was a SFH, then no problem , but given your situation, there could be too much liability in that approach.I own a condo and our annual inspection and treatments are covered under the HOA fees.

So you can find a building that might not be in your favorite area, however the income from the rents covers the expenses and gives you a unit for free and after a year, you can move out and live in the area you want to be and use the income for the unit you occupied for a year to pay your rent!

My only "plan" was to continue to buy homes once I could save enough for down payment/closing costs and lease them out hoping to cover the mortgage and still make a little monthly income ($150 - $250 minimum).

I can get phone records of the subject, their friends and family, employers, address history, land lines, cell phones, judgements for 2 dollars a search and then full blow background checks for tenant screening for 12 dollars.

Owning property as an LLC is usually to shield you but since most crowdfunding deals are already LLC you are already covered unless of course you're trying to add more layers of obscurity so more difficult to trace back to you for whatever reason ;).

Or 34 sounds like a lot but once you're deep in the game you realize you need way more than that to retireMy expectation is (outside of obvious road blocks) approximately 30-40 units at hopefully 2-300 cashflow per unit would get me to a comfortable position in covering expenses (assuming that number is different for all people).
