Hi Sam, I recently purchased my first Hack at the top of the pandemic.

However, we are concerned that we may not make our money back if we do the renovations, and now especially with the ongoing pandemic.

There are lots of new people using Airbnb since the pandemic.

MA was debating a law to prevent eviction until 12 months after  the pandemic ends (whenever that is) recently.

I must say, I have been through market crashes due to economic reasons and never a pandemic. 

It started as virtual because it was born during Pandemic shutdown but we are planning to go live sometime next year.

I hope it doesn't turn into a pandemic!

sorry to bring up an old thread, but was wondering how you all believe the current rental climate in PG is today at the tail end (hopefully) of the pandemic? 

What is clear is people know that leaving SF better be a 1 way ticket because coming back post pandemic will be challenging and history is littered with cases where people left the bay only to come back to 2x rents and RE prices.

It's especially hard to find properties for the BRRRR strategy right now due to the coronavirus.
