So the lender will fund the rehab but you need to give the GC or Subs a deposit out of pocket so they can get going. 

For example DSCR, no ratio, CPA letter, P&L Statement, average bank deposits, 1% down for primaries?

Looking for someone to review HVAC systems in a multi-family property - specifically duct work design.  Hope to add air purification.  Who do you recommend?

If there was an issue, such as a fire, wouldn't you want all new stuff?
