The bigger ones, are basically not answering their phones, or tell you they will call you back, but they have a big back log, and someone will get back in a week or so.So I have a huge tree branch sitting on half of my roof, with leaves and smaller branches so thick I can't even find the branch that poked through the roof, and the other side of the branch was sitting on an overhead high voltage power line, strained to the max. 

I am torn between paying $15k or $100 per call or $39 a month for a bigger pockets membership.Well, I'm not totally torn because my wife made the decision for me. 

You've posted twice on Bigger Pockets and in your second post, you've yelled at a guy with a profile that quietly mentions that HE'S BEEN LANDLORDING SINCE NINETEEN NINETY-FIVE.

@Bjorn Ahlblad well this is a bigger project than I intended on taking on.. the numbers work everyway I work it... problem is I don’t have enough investors so cash out of pocket would be more than I would like.
