In addition I always view this as if you look like you take care of your units you will attract tenants that take care of the units. 

But I'm sure others have had this same design and found ways to deal with it (a relative or whatever).

But I also don't know if it is that attractive from the tenants perspective.

The agents shown on Zillow, other than one that may be specifically designated as the listing agent, are just regular agents who pay Zillow for advertising.
