Don't lift them 6 feet in the air and put chrome monster truck wheels on them, and even the top trim level ones blend in pretty well.But my "uniform" when I'm at home is cargo shorts, an old t-shirt, flip flops and a dingy ball cap.When I'm doing business, i.e. looking at properties, attending inspections, etc, I arrive in the F-150 wearing khaki work pants, a collared shirt, and boots.

I think the solution is hiring a Project Manager also, and finding labor only contractors, I have no problem working for labor only contracts, but if my guys show up, and materials are not there, they have to pay the whole day if they cancel, or pay the hours of waiting for materials to arrive, there is no way I'm paying for the owner/clients short comings.Also I am reading that his subs don't have enough crew or skill to run more than a few jobs, that's why he is looking for more subs.To the OP, you might need to get a good superintendent for your needs, there is nothing better than in-house crew, however, it is a lot of work to manage it, as all the profit risk falls on you, that means, if you estimate a job at 800 hours, and it consumes 1000 hours, then you will at least lose 200 hrs * rate/hr.

For the example given above by @Scott Costello above, if the Investor Carrot site outranks the custom site, then you're going to get more branded searches arriving on the IC site, than the custom site.
