Def not apples to apples.

But it's not apples to apples because they're 2 different markets, and most of my LTRs were purchased years ago whereas my STR is a much more recent purchase, at a higher price than I would have purchased the equivalent at the time I was buying my LTRs. 

I have a IPhone and unfortunately no computer.

It may not cost 3,000 bucks to invest in the alternative investment, just to keep apples to apples, but probably not included by most everyone. :)

Apples to apples financial comparison is important.

There are just a few bad apples so do your research on who can do it all and do it well.

I own about 20 properties all around the 50k price range. but all markets are different and things need to be apples to apples. 

Numbers in iPad/iPhone has financial templates, but not accounting.

After a few beverages While my wife was in the bathroom, I struck up a conversation with a fellow asking him how he liked his IPhone + as I was considering getting one.
