@Charles Jacobs Find out if all city/code permits have been pulled for the work that's being done on this fire gutted property it's not the usual someone steals the cooper out the home and plumbers going back in with PVC deal.

If unoccupied leave a note or better yet, go to the post office and see if they have a forwarding address.The fastest and easiest method to locate buyers and sellers is to use a listing service such as ListSource.com, where it will provide you with a list of  buyers/sellers narrowed down to zip code in a particular zip code.

Yeah that's just it is that I am not interested in training someone and paying them taking away time from my business when I can do it faster.Now that doesn't mean I will train them on the small differences but for instance they already have to be highly proficient in Excel, the CRM I use, researching and putting together listings and inputting, back end website updates, marketing out, scheduling appointments, and researching and coding new owners and addresses to target for business.

Don't be afraid to call the county/city is something isn't sitting right; they may help get the bill in question corrected if it's a mistake and may get equipment relocated to keep future confusion down.I'd even get the actual plans of the irrigation systems; as the city/county for assistance so you know what is where and if it's properly placed/coded. 

In my opinion AC will really have to alter the approach and do something that makes people want to drive 2 hours other then a casino which most can now get to in less then 1 hour.
