If your property was vacant and now people are living there without your permission then that is criminal trespassing, breaking and entering and probably also destruction of property and larceny if they took anythingThat being said, the police may still tell you that you have to evict them if they say they have a lease/rental agreement

OR it could look great if you peek in the windows(I would not suggest that, the homeowner could still be living there and call the police on you), but when the people get foreclosed on maybe they take the air conditioner with them.

An eviction on record is a instant deal-breaker because it means the tenant would not leave the property without being forced by a court/the police to do so.Unless you want to find yourself in hot water with a lawsuit, stick to using objective criteria and apply them equally to all prospective tenants; no exceptions!

Add in $250 for each undersink counter cut and polish plus $50 per cut.Hard to beat the price and durability, but the downside for me is having to bring in the specialist to do it (my maintenance guys can do laminate tops, but need stone guy to do the granite cuts well).
