Upgrading the building to first class living space with amenities such as super high speed internet, (Fiber optics), state of the art security surveillance system, etc.I would fence the whole compund and have a pedestrian bridge built overpassing the street, from the college grounds directly into the compound area.

I am about to jump off a bridge, and while it is nice out this weekend the water is still very cold.I had a third professional out last night.  

In retrospect I missed a lot of opportunities because I was sitting in a cubicle and not on the street hustling but that is water under the bridge.  

In this specific case, I haven't heard a burning bridge for a new vehicle.Maybe now is the time for you to get a new auto.
