The first realtor I worked with got mad at me for fidgeting with the thermostat, pulling on handrails and wiggling the toilets.

Its so hard not to stay mad at him even though I am envious everyday of his portfolio.

@Aaron Humerickhouse it is never to early to start learning the different areas and reading the local news to better understand the key drivers in the Greenville market.

Don't hear from her a couple weeks, I follow up with her and she gets kinda mad (but I smooth it over real well), she assures she will call, just been busy.

Maybe he changed jobs recently and had to go three or more weeks without a paycheck (I had to go almost two months, one time).It may, indeed, be time to "get tough" and say, like the old line from the movie, "I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!".

I have copies of their drivers licences and social security numbers but have no good idea on how to track them down.  

Uber vs Lyft not too sure of the difference but I know I have a little phobia of picking up strangers after hearing all the bad experiences Uber/Lyft drivers have with robberies, assaults, etc. but I might just have to put my big boy pants on and risk it, lol!

So let me toss this in here -Considering the cost to build an entire house, the foundation actually isn't the largest cost driver - not by a long shot!
