Would someone go to a Home Depot workshop to learn about criminal Law?

This PHIFA law is definitely making me think otherwise, not worth the risk if it is criminal offense, don't wanna have to go to court to explain I was only an investor doing a short sale, lol

People can get criminal records for life for stealing from Walmart, but let them hold up stealing rent in somebody else’s property for over a year and they’re a protected class it seems.  

How do you vet the company outside of the process I would use for the name personally (criminal, credit and eviction checks)?

Use eppraisal dot com to take a quick look at a property,it will give you zillow and cyber values as well,plus a picture.

I check credit, employment, criminal history, court history, personal references, confirm they can get utilities in their own name, and talk with the previous landlord.

There are two types of crooks on CL....local or cyber.  

Because ITIN numbers are not to be used for credit or criminal history, we cannot place households where all residents are on ITIN numbers as we cannot get the data that we need.
