-the amount of permit fee waivers is dependent on the size of the ADUs (749 and 499 are the magic sizes)-expect to pay $250-$300 per sq ft (about 30k per ADU)-SFH can have 1 ADU and 1 JADU -JADU example would be like a converted bedroom -1 parking lot per ADU is required unless within half a mile from public transportation -There's a way to accelerate depreciation (was writing and didn't catch how)-if you're using an FHA loan there's a way to make the loan amount for a future value so you can pay for construction - I think it has something to do with the 203K loanAnyways, hope the info helps!
