Totally agree with it all and I wasn't making any assumptions.

And I taught math forever in secondary and post secondary settings so I know the number side of things too.

I have a handful of properties that are owner financed and I am looking for a better solution to managing the amortization schedules.

There was thousands of dollars being dished out and I just rather put the money in other investments.

After hurricane Beryl hit, many were left without power for an extended period and I really would like to put my eggs into different basket/market if possible.I see that you’re a real estate broker in Texas yourself.
