I am in process of moving some of our long term rentals to Mid-Term (30-180 day) rentals,  We currently use Buildium to manage our long term rentals and it working decently. 

I am buying this property for a few reasons but luckily my other cash flowing assets will offset the lost and I am still cash flowing positive as a whole.
