I was considering more Conroe, Willis and the Woodlands to try to break into.  

We are currently working our first Fix/Flip deal in Woodland Park (beginning the negotiating process, trying not to get analysis paralysis).

There seems to be strong rents in Tomball, Cypress, Magnolia, The Woodlands, and Conroe.

I'm next door in Woodland Hills and becoming a lender is a goal of mine as well.

I currently have interviews (with a good chance of landing them) in Klein (near the woodlands), Alamo Heights (that's my #1), and in Coppell (North of Dallas) with more I'm sure to come.

Ranging anywhere from Woodlands all the way down to Galveston.
