Do you have any troubleshooting or tuning tips to diagnose and address why some of the registers are having weak to no air flow?

I don't know your strengths, weaknesses, or experience level but when I started I had a few skills, but more importantly I had motivation.

Know your strength and get help with your weakness.

Waiving that contingency puts you in a weak negotiating position if the property fails to appraise, and also puts your earnest money at risk if you are unable to perform. 

Just know that sometimes the best tenants have 0-1 weakness on paper(More weaknesses, pass!)

@Sid Naik that gazebo would really benefit the tenant but there’s 2 problems: the washer dryer in there or pushed against the weak gazebo walls weakens the wall.

The stock market is showing weakness, the bond market is showing rising rates, inflation is rising and likely not transitory, the current administration is a disaster.  

If it was much larger though, I'd certainly look at my weaknesses and offload that ASAP.

I have trusted vendors for most things, but where I have a weakness on my team I actively look to fill that spot so that I will have that vendor in place for next time. 

Judging by the number of recommendations here, you could be forgiven for feeling overwhelmed at where to start.Before recommending a specific book (which at this point would really say more about me than you), we should really be diving more into you and your strengths and weaknesses.
