Grrrr my problem the last month.I am not a fan of keys because you never really know who has a key.We have maybe 8 buildings with coin operated washer and dryer.

The electric washer and dryer are on separate water and electricity in a detached garage.

No soffets, no gutters, missing interior trim on all windows and most of baseboards, a wall completely in the way when you entered, washer/dryer relocate, no drain venting so rotten eggs overpowered you every time you ran water, etc.
