Yes it qualifies.....real estate held for investment....it could be a strip center, warehouse, whatever.

@Yuvaraj Vimawala I own a lot of duplexes and some SFH in Dallas and here is my advice:I send a repair person within 24 hours if the temperature is more than 80C.

However the inspector took pictures showing temperatures and showed that the AC worked, but later documented that it didn't work. 

I have been on the tenant side more than once and all the asset protection devices in the world do nothing for you if you are the guy who had to sell his warehouse to pay my attorneys’ fees judgment.  

They also keep food out at room temperature and think nothing of it .

Is there some kind of secret used cabinet warehouse that's not showing up in my Google results? 

I might read a mention of a random amazon warehouse as if that is enough of a reason.

@Ben Leybovich Congratulations for the new project .Have you tried ABC warehouse because when we were doing flips we used to buy from them and they would beat everyone ‘s price I.

It will also depend on if you do residential commercial like apartment buildings vs. retail space (warehouses, plazas, gas stations).
