and the second unit is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 floors a little bit smaller that the first unit but it has a long term veteran tenant who is very good on the rent!

The skills of the photographers are very impressive and 95% of houses marketed online are misleading in my humble opinion!

And, before you run off scared, consider linking up with a local organization that helps victims of domestic abuse or veterans find suitable housing.

I would love to learn more from experienced veterans and meet partners to work with for the months and years to come.

The only "gotcha" here is that the original $214,900 is deducted from your overall $400,000 or something that the VA grants us veterans.

So when i talked to the attorney about converting these into a LLC, I was told that they would no longer be guaranteed like a VA loan anymore, because the llc is not the veteran, so most banks will enforce them to be payed off in full afterwards.

I am a veteran and interested into learning creative ways to use my VA home loan.
