Never use polypropylene.Patterned carpet (like Berber) cleans poorly, shows wear, and cannot be patched.Low-cost nylon carpet works, but the inability to replace damaged or high-wear areas due to color variation is a problem.

There is some variation among the different States that offer the Series LLC, but you will likely only being paying for a single registered agent and single annual State compliance (if applicable).
