I am in Chicago - downtownIn regards to the self employed (young man 29) he sent me everything via email - SSN, drivers license, EIN IRS document ( i could only validate the name & registration), he also send me screenshots of his bank account , inspite of my telling him not to. 

I think there is a valid time to invest remotely but I will be honest, I have never done this so take my advice on this for what it is worth.

Don’t buy unnecessary things, use it for gas, and small things.

With that in mind you probably want to be more conservative as you get toward retirement, but I don’t think that means you need to actively pay down your mortgages faster, you could just take your foot off the gas on re-leveraging as quickly.Love your post though.

@Srinath GopinathanThey will stipulate what is common area property and what is the unit owners responsibility.Also covenants will dictate things like no gas grills and other things that can and cannot be done so they can properly insure and not over or under insure

By your logic any law regulating commerce would be valid… that’s not how it works. 

It’s not necessarily commingling the entities to have them all as additional insureds on one insurance policy if there is a valid business purpose (think general contractor in large construction) but in this case it goes to an argument that they aren’t really separate entities.
