I am 24 years old and currently in the beginning stages of my real estate journey.My goal in life is to be financially free using real-estate to create generational wealth so that my family will always have everything they need.For the last four years, I have been watching BiggerPockets podcast on YouTube and doing my own research on real estate.

A really great agent will invest in house cleaning, window cleaning, staging, and a Facebook ad campaign which reaches over 100k Sacramento area residents.

@Michael Elifritz  I'll take the liberty to assume you're at the very early stages of planning.

BP put us on stage at two of their conferences and that really got us over the finish line.. 

Being in the beginning stages of my investing career this helps.  

The stage was set to get it under contract.

Since it's done in stages, get a helper, give yourself time, and do it at one time (or at least one section at a time).  

Assume the property is in perfect condition at the vacant stage.
