We have huge amenities such over 20 pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and many more.

There’s an ocean-view pool terrace, a lighted tennis court with a spectators’ area, a catering facility, expansive lawns, edible and ornamental gardens, and 480 feet of beach frontage on this nearly 5.5-acre parcel subject to a historic property preservation agreement to keep it intact.

But decided that it would be more trouble.I live in an HOA swim / tennis community.

Champions Gate has continued to do well but the Kissimmee market in general is down in VOLUME.

Swim/lake/tennis community, homes are $300's to $500's

Properties with access to amenities like pools, tennis and basketball courts, or lakes can be attractive to renters, especially families.

I am looking for a place in Cabos San Jose area where it has a tennis court (my passion).

DO you want to continue to live in NY, where cost of living is going to increase and where they champion kicking out 25,000 high paying jobs that would create an additional 75,000, with job multiplier.
