Even if you fall completely on your face, you could still find a job washing dishes at the local diner and rent a couch at someone's apartment.

Think it through ahead of time how you want to deal with pets, smokers, satellite dishes, pest control, small repairs, large repairs, early termination, lawn care, ETC.

Internet speed depends on what your provider is using (there are several in the market): fiber, DSL, satellite/dish, cable, etc. 

Mopping floors, doing dishes after meals, taking the garbage out daily, etc.

Although we are not required to favor Comcast under the current agreement, I would prefer our residents to have Comcast over other providers, such as DirectTV, who use satellite dishes that make the property look unsightly.With all of this said, what would be a fair/appropriate fee for Comcast to pay in consideration of granting them the right to install their lines on our property? 

It is nestled in the mountains in a very low population town and has business internet and Dish Satellite.
