@Isadore Nelson Yes, eviction is possible, but there are too many factors that need to be taken into consideration, active military family members, disabled veterans, building violations, maintenance issues and etc...

Once a year I take out all the credit cards and make a small purchase on each one which I then pay off in full just to make sure they stay activated.

I don't require my agents to join NAR and in fact dropped my membership when I opened my own brokerage.If the situation made sense, I wouldn't necessarily require an agent to join MLS, but it's such a basic tool of the trade, I can't imagine someone who is active in the business going without it.

You'll potentially increase your stress, fail to replace your lost income, and possibly lose part or all of your investment property equity.Focus on replacing your job and stabilizing your finances.

I might get some activities out of time sequence. 

I recommend starting small and looking for turnkey properties to minimize the stress of managing rehabs.
