This guy is in class action lawsuit LOLHis typical way of making money, over valuing the RE by selling it to folks like you and me lol But he has an awesome G 550 or maybe he upgraded to a G 650  you don't buy those suckers with smoke and mirrors..

Beside budget ,do you have the time, energy, flexibility to travel to view properties, or manage a team in a different time zone.  

I have a duplex near Centennial Park that I am currently rehabbing and plan to MTR to travel nurses (close to major hospitals).

So, after they visit the property, they literally don't have to travel again unless they absolutely want to.

If you want to market traveling nurses, perhaps closer to town or inside Tucson is where you want to be with your STR.

If one person has smoke in their unit and causes the alarm to go off, the alarm in all units go off, and the fire department is automatically notified and is required to show up (is what I'm told by the FD and PD).
