Of course I could be wrong, I don't think anyone who bought at $800/oz is going to lose their shirts at this point.And I think there are signals of when to sell--I believe that part of the reason it collapsed in the early '80s was because the Fed raised interest rates sharply, but there doesn't seem to be any danger of that in the immediate future with Bernanke in charge.

Keeping the public informed can be done in too many ways (including right here on BP) to require any company broadcast a signal (including picture) that can be captured by others who do not pay for their service.

I like to listen to tone of voice and try to find things that signal motivation such as: "I'd really like to get rid of this house" or "please call me as soon as you can" or anything along those lines.You need to be upfront with people, don't tell them your going to pay CASH if you don't have any.
