Obviously you can do this with new or seasoned agents however realtors are a funny breed, trust me when I tell you I know, I own real estate brokerage with nearly 50 agents and even though we primarily focus on investments a lot of my people still do retail for living.Try to get them to understand what it is we do on the investment side of the process and people say anything and everything to dismantle the investment business model from it is illegal, unethical, doesn’t work here etc..

She may be really depressed but there is no justification to allow that particular breed, because there is no official paperwork that distinguishes that breed or that specific animal from a suitable substitute.

Part time is a dying breed unless it is mixed in with other forms of RE investing.There is a incredibly high percentage of buyers and sellers who know absolutely nothing about the real estate process.

We have had no conversations of a new puppy dog and will not allow it for several reasons including property damage, breed/pet aggressions (can increase our insurance and liability), and other.

I watched a one hour story on the news about bed bugs but can't remember the link.I heard it's from many of these tenants buying used mattresses or going to refurb stores and not knowing the mattresses were used and rebuilt again.Thank goodness we have never had bed bugs (knock on wood).I bought an Englander pillow top on sale for 1,100 5 years ago.The mattress has a barrier that does not allow bed bugs to enter or breed on the mattress.I can't remember the technical term and jargon.
