A good lease protects your interests, and being a good "B2B" landlord will serve them.

I will have a chance to exercise my creative deal-making muscles early that will hopefully serve me well in the future.  

After that, think about hiring a bookkeeping firm that specializes in serving REIs.Regarding hiring a CPA/tax pro for tax advisory and/or tax filing, I'd wait until you purchase your next primary and convert your current primary into a rental.

Just some food for thought.Typically from my experience, a lender that is willing to do a "blanket" style loan, lends from their own portfolio.

The company that serves and blessed me over and over again is what you would call a Tax Advisor, not simply a CPA or tax preparer. 

Regional hospital in Denison, Two huge casinos in Oklahoma and a number of smaller ones, Four TI chip plants under construction, and they already have a plant there now, but not sure what it makes, Tyson foods factory (I think chicken), airport that I would think gets some cargo service (but no passenger service yet). 

Alert the guests when we know there is a possibility of a storm and recommend they bring enough food and drink to sustain them for a few days.
