For those who have gotten insurance claim renters using Ale Solutions I'm curious how many have paid for the Preferred Landlord Program vs just registering your property for free.

It may be required on a Commercial, DSCR, or Hard Money loan but I would encourage you to speak to multiple lenders to find out which specific loan program you need for your goals and qualifications. 

As mentioned above, they do have systems and reporting programs that make the report easier for you to understand.

There has been an increase in gurus selling seller financing training programs because interest rates have risen.

During a presentation on Lee Arnold's Lien Abatement program they showed us a home in Spokane where a lady had her home taken over by addicts and dealers.

I see that there are a lot of real estate education programs out there?

Unfortunately these guru programs are rarely (never?)
