I’ll be sure to notify all tenants in writing of the cameras function and remind them that, per the lease agreement, we are not responsible for any of their property and they are recommended to get renters insurance. 

Talk to her and find out what her plan is, but remind her you need to get paid.

I'd pay, unclog it, have them look at the whole house while they're there and remind the tenants that technically they're responsible for clogged drains.

just a reminder that that is not the point of house hacking. 

Put a few paintings or fine art photographs on the wall with QR codes for purchase and they will serve as constant reminders to your guests and conversation pieces in their homes.

We get the occasional VOICEMAIL in the middle of the night complaining of an 'emergency' toilet won't flush, furnace doesn't work, then we calmly contact them in the morning and remind them what we discussed, then promptly send someone to take care of the issue.

One caveat to remind you (maybe I'm a grinch...):  don't forget that you have to pay back depreciation. 

This is a good reminder that real estate has a lot of VERY LOCAL components to it.
