I've done the one on one thing for a while now but for a lot of reasons (timing, paperwork, reliability, etc.), it's not ideal.

Then compare that to what you’d net by listing it as-is—factoring in the time you save and the carrying costs you avoid by not renovating.It might seem straightforward, but once you dive into the numbers, the difference between renovating versus selling as-is can be surprising.

These are good cash flowing properties but for where I am at they are too much of a headache compared to the cost they bring in compared to my other assets. 

Compared to how to do bizz out here in the West were if they are wholesale deals and I dont need title insurance I just do my own deeds and record them..

I’m trying to get a feel for how much more income it would generate compared to LTR or MTR.4.

I’ve never used Norada so I can’t compare the two.

I think finding property is pretty easy compared to managing.

I totally get why real estate feels daunting compared to stocks.

In terms of maximizing your returns you want to compare the interest to an alternative.
