Hi, yes Ohio is a great choice to invest in real estate my client from all over the world are investing in the Ohio market.

It would make a great area for hosting, and I think it would add a significant value to the Airbnb clients.

You could build or flip less expensive units and sell them to your clients/occupants over time.

I have all kinds of specific searches set up for my investor clients to help find the best deals. 

Some custodians are really good but have higher fees, so using them if you have a low dollar account may not be the best move and vice versa. not specifc to ET, but as a GP, we have worked with most in regards to assisting clients get their investment coordinated.

I think I would recommend people start class b but I recognize the challenges to get the numbers to work.  

Hi Nirek - I deal with a lot of clients in your similar situation.

I had clients in PHX  and Vegas that lost their 4 plex's because they went 100% vacant and stayed that way.. they owned 4 or 5 of them.. it only took about 3 months of negative cash flow and they were done.Max leverage loss tenants  lose property.. that's the formula..
