While prices are low (under $200k), there's absolutely a rental demand - especially for working class and professional tenants who aren't ready to buy.

I’m not very interested in doing BRRR, mostly just a buy and hold for a ready (or close to it) to rent property.

But it’s awesome that you’ve got a plan and are ready to make it happen!

@Trent Gulino - we can do a cash-out/Refi as soon as the rehab is complete and the property is "tenant ready".

Two part question: I am just about ready to get my first STR up and running and am looking for advice on anywhere else I should be listing the property besides the obvious Airbnb/VRBO.

I closed two properties last night actually, both move-in ready, fully updated and rented. 

Lender sends out notice, so they're ready the next time they miss a payment. 

I also am getting ready to start my next Airbnb Arbitrage soon I've already found another property and am currently in the negotiation process with the landlord but fingers crossed it goes through haha!
