Hey @Choon Yee Dee, As accountants on BP we cannot promote ourselves directly.

They will promote it because it is what is available to them.

There are lots of people who do arbitrage and also promote courses on "getting started with $0". 

From someone who has done it for a decade with marketing like promoted above.

However, promoting a $35,000 West Side Home in a disposition effort has proven challenging as:-Access is restricted until final walk through before closing-A non refundable deposit is required (required by dispo company)-Only pics of the outside of the home-Home will be vacant at closingThe home looks decent from the outside & allocating for a full rehab on an 850 SqFt SFH, home est. retail value after reno around 150kLooking for thoughts of other investors & or realtors on this one as I thought this one would fly off the marketplace....  

Given we are accountants, we cannot promote our services on BP as its against the rules.

When someone invests in a syndicator you are investing in an investment promoter, not in real estate.

I'm sorry @Ryan Twomey, I wanted to ignore this but.... it just seems so egregious when in context of your significant self-promotion along with such a wildly bizarre and totally incorrect: "....emerging markets such as Minneapolis, MN...".
