Some general tips in that same vein are to make your content likable, relatable and shareable.One technical piece of advice I'll pass along is that audio quality is more important than fancy video quality. 

Another tip from Jay is to not always raise rent to keep good tenants.  

There's a few GC contracting coaches out there that likely have a few tips that would apply to how you want to see this ran.

Let us use an example:Average 3/2 pool home in Pinellas County within 10 mins to the beach, $3000-3500 per month rent.

Try USLI they were great until they limited liability at $1M if you have a pool.
