I agree they should be frank about the fact that it is hard work, and will take a lot of time and perseverance to get through the early days, but the mentor cannot be calling a client every day to wake them up, drag them out of bed to hit the pavement, and knock on doors with the client.

Congrats @Brie Schmidt very nice to see your hard work and perseverance paying off! 

I had many doors slammed in my face before I got my first deal under contract but the experience taught me a lot about perseverance and so forth.

Its a character builder, patience and perseverance will be tested.

You need to be able to accept rejection and also persevere.

It takes patience, perseverance and aggressive offers to make it happen.

The market was extremely tight, but through perseverance and some creative terms I was able to secure a property.
