Hi Ryanwelcome to bigger pockets. if you want to do get a quick idea if your vision can come true, just do a quick craigslist search of rental prices of areas you are interested in and see if rents will cover the expenses.

While I have this vision of owning my own business, I've not yet found my niche.

As to real estate, my motto was most aptly coined by Helen Keller"The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision".

There will all ways be a few that have the vision, ability, and drive to make more money than the masses.

I have done a great deal of study on monetary and fiscal policy and its macroeconomic effects and have been satified with my understanding and has lead to greater confidence and clearer vision in my real estate investing.

No one knows better of their vision and how and why to improve a property better than they did.

I couldn't begin to explain what this site has done for my focus, vision, and my ability to get active in my business.
